This could only happen in New Zealand – Possibly only in Raglan!
I was doing an early morning walk on the beach with Ragz, when I was approached by a woman on horseback. She wanted me to do a radio interview with her on New Year’s resolutions.
Well, how could I resist?
I couldn’t. And so, on the penultimate day of the 2017 year I went into the studio to be interviewed by the lovely Sarah Court. Sarah is a opera singer and horsewoman, who, together with her partner owns and runs Earthhorse Aotearoa; a place where people can connect with horses – and more importantly with themselves.
Anyway, we had a lovely time as we discussed why New Year’s resolutions often don’t pan out as we hope and why we give up – or give in. I also provide practical tips to setting goals, creating new habits and improving performance. Sarah had carefully chosen some eclectic music that complements this end-of-year, reflective and forward thinking theme. I think it creates a nice balance to the interview – but if you disagree you can always fast forward!
So, grab a pen, some paper and get your ears on!
The audio file is too large for my site so please click here to listen.
Enjoy! And remember to set yourself some wonderful, P.E.R.F.E.C.T. goals that will bring you joy and delight for the coming year.
